Mackay Marine provides repair, installation and inspection services for electronic equipment on board vessels, port vessels, offshore platforms, and large yachts, primarily for commercial and military/government clients. The Mackay Marine Service group carries out over 10,000 global service attendances each year.

We specialize in the maintenance of electronic communication, navigation, security and anti-pollution equipment, including but not limited to GMDSS, MF/HF, VHF, Satellite Communications (Inmarsat, Iridium, VSAT), Radars, ECDIS, Gyroscopes, Autopilots, Sounders, Speed ​​Records, AIS, LRIT, Navtex, GPS, (S)VDR, ODME, 15 ppms, etc.

Worldwide, Mackay Marine operates 36 service stations with locations in every major port in North America, Panama and Brazil (Rio), plus the largest ports in Europe and Asia; more 90+ global.IM Service Partners

Currently, our team consisting of 4 MSEs is running smoothly. However, we are interested in welcoming an intern to contribute to our projects as part of their final graduation work. Typically, this internship lasts 3 to 4 months. While we offer a subsidy for intern contributions (around 600 per month), please note that there is no commitment to offer permanent employment upon completion of the internship.

Electrical Engineering - Electronics or Electromechanics must comply, at least, with the following:

  1. Fluency in English- Essential.
  2. Excellent physical condition.
  3. Able to use measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, wattmeter, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of Computer Networks.
  5. Safe handling of electrical tools and skills.
