• Communication Maestro: Collaborate effectively across departments (CEG, SLMC, etc.) to understand needs and develop winning service strategies.

• Supplier Management Ace: Adept at planning, execution, and risk management related to supplier relationships.

• Teamwork Rockstar: Flourish in a collaborative environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Become the Service Guru: Oversee all aspects of employee services, balancing cost-efficiency with exceptional quality and efficient contract management.

• Employee Experience Architect: Design and implement scenario-based solutions to elevate the online and offline employee experience, boosting work efficiency and fostering a dedicated work environment that reflects our vibrant company culture.

• Cost Optimization Champion: Implement lean management practices for transportation, catering, health & wellness programs, and cultural activities to achieve operational excellence.

• Supplier Success Partner: Collaborate with suppliers to establish service targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement incentive programs to drive performance.
